No. 1. Dehydrated Herbs
No. 2. Coconut Cream Powder
No. 3. Green Curry Paste
No. 4. Seasoning Sauce
Cooking Instruction:
Prepare 350 ml. of water, 150 g. of thinly sliced chicken,
80 g. of eggplants (optional).
1. Bring water, dehydrated herbs (# 1) and eggplants to a boil.
Simmer for ~3 mins.
2. Add coconut cream powder (# 2) and simmer for ~2 mins.
3. Add Green Curry paste (# 3), stir gently until dissolved.
Add chicken and simmer for ~45 secs.
4. Add seasoning sauce (# 4), stir well. Turn off the heat.
